Terms and conditions of sale
This sale is considered indirect electronic commerce, similar to mail-order sales, and is therefore not subject to the obligation of issuing an invoice (unless requested by the customer no later than the time of the transaction), as provided by Article 22 of the Italian VAT Decree, nor to the obligation of certification through the issuance of a receipt or fiscal receipt pursuant to Article 2, letter oo), of Presidential Decree No. 696/1996 and subsequent amendments.

The product pages on the site provide essential information (ingredients, allergens, origin, nutritional values, etc.). Prices, including VAT, do not include shipping costs, which are calculated and displayed before order confirmation. Please note that product images are purely indicative and may not perfectly represent the final product's appearance, given the artisanal nature of the production.
Purchase method
The order is finalized with our email confirmation, summarizing the purchased products, prices, shipping costs and delivery address.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal and bank transfer. The order is prepared after payment is confirmed; in the case of a bank transfer, after the funds have been credited to our account.
